Why Rick Grosso?
Rick Grosso has an outstanding track record as a motivator and manager. He began his sales career in 1968 as distributor for a major international cosmetic corporation. In 1971 he became vice president of a newly formed corporate subsidiary, which, by 1972 was recognized as the second largest cosmetic company in Italy. Promoted to president of the corporation at this time, Rick, within a short period of six months increased the corporate sales volume to one million per month.
In 1973 Rick started a home improvement company, which produced a sales volume of three million dollars per year. That company was sold in 1978 and shortly thereafter he founded R.J. Grosso Enterprises. By 1985 R. J. Grosso became the largest replacement window retailer in America with an annual volume of twenty one million dollars.
Rick is an expert in sales psychology and training and has acted as consultant for major companies around the world. He is a highly successful motivational speaker for sales organizations in this country and throughout the world. His audio cassettes and videos on closing a sale are widely used in dealer training throughout the direct sales industry.
